Custodial Information at a Glance /p ob Description  pThe Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment in assigned location(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. /p ompensation  pCOMPENSATION:
The Hourly rate for this position is $15.07 to $26.57. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. /p pBENEFITS:

/p ob Responsibilities  ul liMaintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers. /li liAnticipates and responds to customer needs. /li liUses proper procedures on hard floor care (stripping & refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing) in adherence to the principles of hard surface floor maintenance. /li liUses the proper procedures on carpet and upholstering (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.).

/li liOperates industrial floor care equipment as assigned and according to schedule for cleaning of large area of floor surface. /li liPerforms maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. /li liProperly processes all municipal solid waste (MSW), infectious, and pharmaceutical waste including rendering infectious waste as MSW. /li liRemoves trash, recyclables, soiled linen, used supplies and equipment from assigned work area.

Disinfects receptacles and carts as needed. /li liFollows all Aramark safety standards, sanitation, and infection control standards and procedures and requirements by the appropriate accredited local agencies. /li liAdheres to all Aramark appearance standards and always wears the required uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) while working. /li /ul pAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
