We’re seeking a Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee field operations and ensure our clients receive top-quality service throughout New Jersey.

• Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from initial assessment through completion.
• Coordinate and supervise field crews to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and updates.
• Identify and resolve project challenges quickly and effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.

• Experience in construction or project management required (restoration experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with clients, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• TPA (Third Party Administrator) knowledge is a bonus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
