Strategy Planning Manager

The Install

X Strategy Planning Team is a newly established organization created to strengthen strategic planning for the LMD business. Currently, the team consists of a single team lead responsible for overall strategy planning. This role will play a critical part in building the team’s capabilities and supporting business growth.

• Support annual business planning, budgeting, and performance forecasting
• Develop and execute mid- to long-term strategies for the LMD and Install
  
  X businesses
• Perform P&L analysis and support margin management initiatives
• Prepare executive-level reports and strategic presentations
• Support cross-functional coordination with operations, finance, and headquarters teams
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial and strategic analysis

• 7+ years of experience in strategy planning, finance, or related functions
• Strong understanding of business strategy and financial analysis
• Proven experience preparing executive-level reports and communicating with senior management
• High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
