The Opportunity:
  • Lead and direct the order fulfillment process and oversee order entry, order management team, and shipping process.
  • Develop scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing.
  • Develop strategic initiatives (system visibility, network strategy) to impact and improve overall sales and profitability.
  • Implement order tracking and visibility to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor all information in the system up to date.
  • Oversee Pantos dedicated LMD team that includes project managers, load planners, and return supervisors for builder direct business.
  • Set up the order process for direct builder business and work with CNS to develop necessary system modifications.
  • Lead builder direct business projects and manage any operation issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with +10 years related work experience in OM, SCM, Sales, Sales Operation, Operation, Call Center, and Last Mile Delivery.
  • Builder & Appliance experience strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.
  • Team oriented; proactive and action-oriented.
  • Analytical, able to transform qualitative and quantitative data into executable strategies.
  • Aptitude to define operational requirements and implement processes and systems to support those requirements.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and aptitude to learn new tools and applications quickly.

Recruiting Range: $140,000 - $170,000 USD
