Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Ensure all associates are trained in ALL warehouse processes. This includes confirming annual SOP compliance.
- Have a working knowledge of specific client requirements.
- Responsible for providing resolutions and decisions in the client’s best interest.
- Oversee daily processes on the warehouse floor and communicate to staff any changes or adjustments in the process.
- Responsible for executing annual compliance SOP review and retraining for any changes.
- Assist supervisors on team solutions.
- Daily use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and providing guidance to coordinators.
- Daily use of the Labor Management System (LMS) and keeping track of employee time, attendance, and performance.
- Assist Supervisor in Operations Oversight including Safety Protocols / Processes.
- 4+ years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
- Prior experience with a warehouse management system.
- Strong level of experience troubleshooting, problem-solving and think analytically.
- Strong soft skills related to communication, agility and collaboration.
