Job Description

As the commercial backbone of the Oreo brand, you will support commercial excellence and deliver business results by translating data into insights, managing core business processes and key initiatives, and owning end‑to‑end P&L delivery for the core Oreo strategy. You will create and deploy future‑proof brand strategies grounded in consumer insight, data‑driven analytics, and digital integration to ensure profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data‑based insights and strategic plans for core Oreo.
  • Conduct comprehensive omnichannel market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, leveraging analytics for actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales, Category Leadership, Planning, RGM, and Marketing to ensure cohesive execution of category plans and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and deliver strong brand P&L and financial performance, including market share, revenue, volume, profit, and A&C management.
  • Execute commercial initiatives with brand end‑to‑end ownership, including EBP, Business Performance Management, Waste Management, PPA, and other processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive business impact.
  • Develop and implement growth plans across all key growth channels and customers.
  • Ensure the right SKU/product/package mix aligns with brand strategy and evolving consumer demand.
Qualifications
  • Leadership experience creating and deploying effective brand strategies with global scope and impact for billion‑dollar brands/categories.
  • Proven experience in category development, key accounts, and market insights analysis, delivering growth through category leadership.
  • Experience managing and growing brands over the long term.
  • Commercial leadership with a future‑led strategic vision for a highly competitive strategy.
  • P&L decision‑making ability at a leadership level.
  • Marketing transformation and change management experience.
  • Growth‑mindset leadership who can aim bold and get things done despite ambiguity or adversity.
  • Excellent people leadership with strong communication and influencing skills, and a passion for developing talent and building effective teams.
  • Future‑focused mindset, curious about industry trends, digital solutions, and innovation for consumers, with the ability to translate opportunities into business strategies.
What extra ingredients you will bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics). MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in category management within the CPG industry across retail channels.
  • 3+ years in a managerial role or with experience leading teams.
Salary and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. You will be eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for over achievement based on performance, and participation in the long‑term incentive program. Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, educational programs, paid holidays, and vacation time.
