Job Overview

Client Service Representative – Trane Technologies, Pine Brook, New Jersey. The role focuses on building long‑term customer relationships, supporting account managers with HVAC system solutions, and driving account penetration and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Assist account managers with HVAC system and equipment product selections, application, and proposal development.
  • Quote, close, and transition technician leads and other service repair work under account manager direction.
  • Generate estimates and proposals for service work, including repairs, change outs, IAQ, and energy solutions.
  • Prepare transition documents and communicate project readiness to the operations team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in account management, mechanical contracting/HVAC, or facilities management preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with a clean record; no major or frequent traffic violations.
Compensation

Annual base salary range: $57,300.00 – $. Compensation is based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
