• Continuously strive for improvements through network optimization, KPI development/management, budget/cost control, 3PL management, and logistics optimization projects to deliver quality products on time.
• Work with the Business Unit to understand changes, volume, and initiatives to develop an optimal network that supports logistics.
• Develop KPIs to monitor and manage overall logistics cost as well as safety, quality, delivery, and inventory.
• Closely monitor and manage costs associated with each part of logistics (inbound, warehouse, supplies, equipment, warehouse lease, etc.).
• Manage 3PL operations, ensuring quality service to meet customer needs.
• Develop strategy and propose solutions on various distribution tasks and logistics projects.
• Set KPI targets, suggest cost‑savings/optimization ideas, and develop 3PL management tools.
• Fully understand distribution/inbound operations and systems (TMS/WMS/ERP/YMS) and develop strategies for effective operation, 3PL, and logistics cost management.
• Execute operational readiness and 3PL management that impacts sales, forecast accuracy, and ROI/lead time.
• Support sales from each warehouse in the U.S., influence forecast/inventory balancing, and reduce logistics costs for all products.
• Warehouse capacity planning; improve on‑time shipping and delivery, reduce returns, enhance quality, and reduce logistics cost across all shipments to customers in 50 states.
• Provide network change suggestions, distribution optimization, and strategic planning based on market surveys, labor market, and logistic cost analysis.
• Manage storage/operations by product, compliance/routing guide by customer, picking/storage strategy, and 3PL/operation contracting.
• Communicate operational strategy with key stakeholders in SCM, Business Units, and HQ.
• Communicate operation status, KPI/cost reviews, system changes, and IT hardware setup with all warehouses and partners.
• Lead bidding and negotiation for contracts and terms for warehouse 3PL, warehouse lease, forklift, pallet, and accessorial charges.
• Coach and develop junior team members on warehousing and distribution.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management/Logistics with 7+ years of experience in Distribution/Operation and 3PL/KPI management.
• Bilingual capability in English and Korean is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse and distribution management.
• Knowledge of both warehouse network design and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical skills and extensive experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skillsets.
