Responsibilities

Assistant Manager Responsibilities: Supports the Store Manager to ensure each Midas retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Uses fundamental leadership skills to enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and ensure the safety of team members.

Service Manager Responsibilities: Assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Drives customer satisfaction by delivering timely, high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, communicates with customers, assesses needs, provides information regarding requested repairs, and strives to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Physical Ability:
    Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
  • Mindset:
    Values dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
