Position Overview
As a Branch Manager within PNC's retail branch banking organization, you will be based in our Northvale branch, Northvale, NJ.
Job Description- Responsible for leading all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions, and creating a differentiated customer experience in an omni‑channel environment. Collaborates with a broad range of ecosystem partners and is accountable for risk management and compliance. Builds a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development.
- Utilizes a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Grows branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth of consumer and business households, collaborating with ecosystem partners, and driving business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities.
- Manages and coaches the delivery of a differentiated client experience, encouraging the team to confidently engage with customers through technology‑enabled interactions and provide advice‑oriented consultation that improves client financial well‑being.
- Drives the employee experience by acquiring and retaining talent, providing effective onboarding, coaching, and development, and ensuring employees meet performance expectations. Models PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace.
- Manages operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk, exercising sound decision‑making to mitigate sales practice risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and established policies.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations, creating customized solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assesses and manages all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Applicants will undergo background checks required by CFPB regulations. Position requires the ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
Base Salary: $84,150.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. The role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
