Lead Operations:
Implement business plans by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to meet production, safety, and quality targets;
Drive Performance & Productivity:
Monitor and analyze refrigeration system performance and operational reports to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency;
Ensure Safety & Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, including OSHA (PSM), EPA, NFPA, DOT, and other applicable standards;
Oversee daily Energy Center operations, including diagnosing issues and directing repairs across:
Ammonia refrigeration systems Electrical and electronic control systems Air compressors and related equipment General building systems tied to refrigeration operations;
Develop & Lead Teams:
Supervise, coach, and develop associates and leaders by providing feedback, identifying training needs, and supporting hiring, promotion, and performance evaluation processes.
