Sales Support Specialist

Contract: August 17, 2026 – August 16, 2027

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support Account Managers, customers, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• 1–3 years of Sales Support and/or manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Support Account Managers with pricing, forecasts, quotations, samples, and product documentation.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Quality, Planning, Finance, Regulatory, and Operations teams.
• Track sales forecasts, identify discrepancies, and support operational needs.
• Manage and follow up on customer complaints.
• Ensure customer requirements and contracts are met.
• Participate in customer meetings and monitor service KPIs.
