Job Summary
TYLin is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Aviation (Landside Development) to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex landside infrastructure projects at major airports. We are looking for a project manager with a proven track record of delivering landside development projects at large commercial airports in the United States or internationally.
The successful candidate will have experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with airport owners, government agencies, utility providers, and construction partners to successfully deliver projects within active airport environments.
As Project Manager – Aviation (Landside Development), you will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of landside infrastructure projects that support airport operations and enhance the passenger journey from arrival at the airport through to the terminal. You will lead multidisciplinary teams while serving as the primary interface with airport owners, program management teams, local agencies, and project stakeholders. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of airport landside systems, transportation planning, utility coordination, traffic management, construction phasing, and the complexities of delivering projects while maintaining uninterrupted airport operations.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of major landside infrastructure projects at commercial airports.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams consisting of civil engineers, transportation engineers, architects, planners, structural engineers, utility specialists, landscape architects, and specialty consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with airport owners, program management teams, municipal agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk management strategies.
