Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary/year

• Manage the day-to-day operations of one to four programs in a community including organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, and implementation, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.
• Manage program staff members including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations and/or decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations.
• Manage the implementation of program planning; monitor delivery of services and supports; ensure services are consistent, engaging, and relevant to the individuals served.
• Must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage or cover shifts as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, community organizations, and funding agencies to enhance collaboration and support networks.
• Oversee program budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to sustain organizational growth and stability.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and best practices in behavioral health and social work.
• Lead efforts in community outreach to raise awareness about the program's services and expand its impact.
• Assists in the development of policies, procedures and methods of operation in accordance with Federal, State, City and agency regulations.
• Conducts meetings on a regularly scheduled basis to disseminate information pertinent to the operation of the program and agency.
• Ensures coordination between transportation and program operations.
• Oversees all support services within the facility, i.e., housekeeping, storeroom, building maintenance, which includes all outside contracts (security, pest control, business machines, HVAC contracts).

• Bachelors Degree required with at least 5 years working in the Human Services Field.
• Clear Criminal Background
• Favorable Physical/TB
• Ability to travel
• Certification, License, Registration:
  Driver's license valid in the state of New Jersey, plus three years driving history and a driving record in good standing.
