The Payroll and Compensation Manager

will primarily oversee and supervise the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

• Manages team ofpayroll specialists.
• Interviews, hires, trains new staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing

• Extensive knowledge ofthe payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with payroll software.
• Must have ADP Enterprise EV6 system experience .
• Experience with supporting company retirement plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration,Human Resources, or related field required.
• Five to ten years of related experience required.

Pay Range: $120,000 to $150,000 annually
