Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to maintain daily focus on individual and team member standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruit and select team members. The Store Manager is also responsible for achieving profit margin goals by managing the P & L, following and enforcing all company policies and procedures;

and other operational and strategic duties.

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Base pay, $20.67 – $37.40 plus commission on sales.
