Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Specialist located in Northvale, NJ. The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of production equipment. Key duties include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently. The role also requires maintaining a safe and compliant working environment by following all safety and maintenance protocols.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair tasks
• Solid Troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree is a plus
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
