Now Hiring For3rd Shift Accuclave Tier 1 (M‑F 11:30 pm–8:00 am)
Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience highly preferred.
$18.00–$21.00 (depending on experience and shift)

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the setup and operation of Accuclave‑related equipment, including coilers, resistance welders, skinners, shrink machines, loopers, and crimpers.
Skills & Experience- Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience is a plus
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely, accurately, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris‑free workspace at all times.
- Ensure all aisles and walkways remain clear to support safe evacuation and emergency access.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and considerate demeanor while interacting with coworkers and supervisors.
- Promptly report all safety issues, hazards, or concerns to the MCL Supervisor and/or Foreman.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production, safety, and quality goals.
- Understand and follow all quality, setup, and job sheet instructions to ensure accurate production.
- Minimize scrap and material waste throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain established quality standards and objectives and actively support the implementation of the Total Quality Control (TQC) program.
