Sirius Staffing is seeking a detail‑oriented Chemical Manufacturing Technician/Chemical Operator to support production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves operating processing equipment, monitoring chemical reactions, performing purification techniques, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Pay$25/hr on W2
Schedule2nd Shift: 3pm to 11:30pm
Key Responsibilities- Operate vessels, tanks, dryers, glassware, and related processing equipment
- Charge solids, liquids, and gases into processing systems
- Monitor chemical reactions using laboratory instrumentation and control systems
- Perform distillations, filtrations, extractions, and recrystallizations
- Conduct in‑process analytical testing and basic result interpretation
- Neutralize and dispose of by‑products and residual materials safely
- Identify equipment malfunctions and take approved corrective action
- Verify integrity and quality of materials and equipment prior to use
- Stage and de‑stage materials using pallet mules, forklifts, or manual equipment
- Maintain inventory of consumables and processing supplies
- Complete batch records, lab notebooks, and logs in accordance with GDP
- Enter production data into SAP and related systems
- Follow written procedures including SOPs and Master Production Records (MPRs)
- Comply with ISO, cGMP, MRB, and Change Control guidelines
- Label products, reactions, and waste materials accurately
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working in a chemistry‑related or chemical manufacturing environment
- Associate degree in Chemistry or related science field
- Basic understanding of chemical reactions and hazards
- Experience with SAP or manufacturing ERP systems
- Forklift or pallet jack operation experience
- Familiarity with ISO, cGMP, and quality systems
