BASIC FUNCTION

Schedule manufacturing operations to ensure on‑time in‑full delivery of customer orders while optimizing site capacity utilization and site efficiency. Coordinate and organize multiple activities as well as recognize and consider business goals and act to positively impact them.

RESPONSIBILITIES.
  • Manages the development, modification, and implementation of compounding and filling schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Develops and modifies production schedule and coordinates all related support activities through the manufacturing, testing and approval process.
  • Own reporting of weekly and monthly OTIF for the site and top customers.
  • Develop, drive, and communicate weekly and monthly shipping plans to meet site goal.
  • Actively participate in the daily Production meeting.
  • Participate in customer meetings as the representative for planning.
  • Identify risks to on‑time delivery, drive countermeasures, and communicate/escalate risks and countermeasures to leadership.
  • Resolves conflicting priorities and manufacturing problems that may impact timely product delivery to our customers.
  • Work with Production to assign resources by day, by shift.
  • Monitors, records, and report on the status of production activities.
  • Lead root cause analysis of wins and losses.
  • Actively participate or lead continuous improvement events (Gemba, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
  • Provide analysis to identify constraints and support long‑term capacity planning.
  • Other activities as assigned.

  • Macola, WiSys, and MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and positively influence others.
  • Ability to form and lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Interact with all levels in matrix organization in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Well‑developed oral and written communication, analytical, and math skills

  • Project Management.
