Entry-Level Process Engineer – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated recent Chemical or Mechanical Engineering graduate to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a Production Technician role. This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands‑on exposure to drug substance and drug product manufacturing
, equipment, and GMP-regulated processes in a production environment.

• Support daily pharmaceutical production operations, including batch processing, equipment utilization, and troubleshooting
• Assist with process optimization, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction
• Participate in technology transfer
  , scale‑up, and validation activities
• Support deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA development
• Author and revise technical documentation including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and EHS teams
• Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, FDA, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience (recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply)
• Internship, co‑op, or academic project experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or regulated manufacturing preferred
• Fundamental understanding of process engineering principles
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing / plant environment

• Exposure to GMP environments
• Familiarity with batch processing, unit operations, or production equipment
• Interest in long‑term career growth within pharmaceutical manufacturing
