• Analyze production drawings to determine material, labor, and operational needs.
• Develop and manage production documentation using tools like INFOR and Microsoft Excel.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to align production plans with delivery targets.
• Oversee inventory levels for raw materials, fabricated parts, and standardized components.
• Identify and assess suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery times, and reliability.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Synchronize material availability with production schedules to prevent disruptions.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing material management and inventory efficiency.

• 3+ years of Procurement and/or Planning experience required.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel for scheduling, monitoring, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with fabrication materials such as structural steel, pipe, and plate.
• Hands‑on knowledge of processes like welding, cutting, machining, and forming.
• Competency in interpreting technical specifications, engineering drawings, and BOMs.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective cross‑functional collaboration.
