Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Perform electronic and electromechanical assembly of printed circuit boards, harnesses, and subassemblies per IPC and J-STD-001 workmanship standards.;
Utilize hand tools, soldering equipment, and microscopes to assemble and inspect components.;
Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions accurately.;
Conduct visual inspection of solder joints and component placement to ensure compliance with quality standards.;
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly issues.
