We are currently seeking a full-time 1st shift Versatile CNC Machinist at our Northeast Philadelphia, PA facility. • Study sample parts, blueprints, and engineering information to determine methods and operations for fabrication.
• Operate metalworking machine tools to manufacture parts to exact specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble, and alter tooling for the production of parts and assemblies.
• Lay out and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments and mathematical knowledge.
• Set controls and input commands for computerized machine operations.
• Select and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials onto machines.
• Measure and inspect completed units to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Cut and shape metal to specified designs.
• Establish work procedures for fabricating new structural products using various metalworking machines.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to exchange technical information.

• Product Inspection - Evaluate product quality using the latest inspection tools.
• Operation and Control - Manage equipment or system operations effectively.
• Mathematics - Utilize mathematical skills to solve technical problems.
• Operation Monitoring - Observe indicators to ensure machine functionality.
• Operations Analysis - Analyze product requirements to develop effective designs.
• Equipment Selection - Determine the appropriate tools and equipment for tasks.
• Troubleshooting - Identify operational errors and remediate them promptly.
• Problem Identification - Accurately identify problems to facilitate solutions.

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or two to three years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
