As a valued team member, you will operate a variety of production equipment and tooling, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, quality, and productivity. You will work on-site at our Parsippany, NJ plant, contributing to our success through your expertise and dedication.

• Set up and operate electro-chemical machines to cut metal work pieces to specifications.
• Plan machine operations based on operation sheets and product requirements.
• Dress electrodes and identify conditions that render them unusable.
• Secure work pieces using clamps, vices, or holding fixtures.
• Adjust acid flow and monitor machine operations.
• Inspect work pieces for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments.
• Document part status and quality information electronically.
• Maintain production and quality standards, reporting issues to the manager.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one-year experience in industrial manufacturing as a machine operator.
• Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work overtime, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual).

• Positive, team-centered attitude fostering a collaborative environment.
• Experience with computerized shop floor tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for multiple assembly tasks.
