Baler Operator- 1st Shift

Position: Baler Operator
Location: Frenchtown, NJ
Pay: $19.81 – $23.81 (based on experience)
Shift: 1st – 7:00am to 3:00pm (overtime may be required)

Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, a Baler Operator performs safe operation of production equipment using standard operating procedures and assists in various manufacturing processes to meet plant goals and customer requirements.

• Follow standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, and maintain a clean work area.
• Use a forklift to move scrap waste, cages, and bins from the production floor to the baler room and back.
• Load the baler with paper waste and make/tag compressed bales.
• Use a forklift to move compressed bales to storage locations, including loading bales onto trailers.

• Forklift certified and/or have a minimum of 3 years of forklift driving experience.
• Will receive site‑specific forklift certification and training on‑site.
