Role Description
The Production Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kenilworth, NJ. The Production Assistant will support the production team with day-to-day operations including coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Responsibilities also include maintaining vendor relationships, assisting with quality control processes, and managing production documentation. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- Basic knowledge of production processes and supply chain management
- Ability to coordinate schedules, monitor inventory levels, and handle vendor communications
- Attention to detail in data entry, reporting and documentation tasks
- Fluency in English and clear, professional communication skills
- Competence in using Microsoft Excel and related software (Blue Cherry)
- Willingness to work on-site at Kenilworth, NJ and NYC office
- Some basic knowledge in measuring garments
