** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Install, maintain, and repair automated machinery, robotics, and control systems to support safe and efficient production
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with programmable logic controllers, human-machine interfaces, sensors, and electrical systems
* Perform preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
* Support the design, programming, testing, and commissioning of automation system upgrades and new installations
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals to support troubleshooting and maintenance
* Respond to equipment breakdowns, partnering with production teams to restore operations quickly and safely
* Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance performance, safety, and throughput
* Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation to support compliance and continuous improvement##
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Associate degree or technical certification in automation, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, or a related field
* Two or more years of experience working with industrial automation systems in a manufacturing environment
* Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (for example, Allen-Bradley or Siemens systems)
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, motor controls, and industrial automation networks
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
* Foundational knowledge of robotics systems and automated production equipment
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
* Ability to collaborate effectively across maintenance, engineering, and operations teams##
** How Would You Stand Out?
*** Experience working with supervisory control and data acquisition systems and data collection tools
* Familiarity with variable frequency drives and servo motor systems
* Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet Industrial Protocol, Modbus, or Profibus##
