Work Schedule

Night Shift: Monday – Friday 4:30 pm-1:00 am, overtime as needed

Starting Pay Rate

$20.16 per hour + $3 shift differential

Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently load manufactured doors onto assigned trucks organized by state or region.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through utilization of handheld scanner when moving materials. Report inconsistencies to the shift supervisor.
  • Safely utilize hand operated and motorized pallet jacks.
  • Perform quality checks on all materials being loaded on to trucks and moved in the warehouse and report concerns to shift supervisor.
  • Continually check products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion;
    Use best judgement to resolve identified problems and alert lead/supervisor to issues as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work area throughout shift. Required to complete a final clean up prior to leaving at end of shift.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 Years Old
  • Preferably one year experience in manufacturing setting
  • Preferably one year experience operating a forklift
  • HS Diploma or GED preferred
  • Able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
  • Able to read and communicate clearly in English
  • Use hand tools and push carts in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and on occasion push/pull 100 lbs, also to sit, kneel and stoop or stand for up to 10 hours per day
  • Excellent attendance record
