Looking for a handson welding role where your craftsmanship and fabrication skills are put to real use? We're hiring a Welder / Fabricator to support plant maintenance and production needs in an industrial manufacturing environment. If you take pride in precision welding, reading prints, and building components that keep operations moving, this role is for you. This is a 3rd shift role.(Monday-Friday
10pm-6:30am)

- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel and other materials
- Fabricate parts, structures, frames, and components to support plant operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders
- Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and assembly
- Repair and rebuild industrial equipment, guards, platforms, and supports
- Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, torches, grinders, and plasma cutters
- Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality and safety standards
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and hotwork requirements
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of welding and fabrication experience preferred, or equivalent training
- Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG and Stick experience a strong plus
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Solid understanding of welding safety practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The range of pay for this role is $24 to $35 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year.
Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
