Assistant Production Manager

The role will be stationed overseas at a production site, responsible for managing the site, maximizing production output and efficiency, and participating in improvement projects.

• Organize and supervise site operations to achieve company business objectives.
• Monitor production processes (printing), assembly, picking and packing, and warehousing to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify and resolve practical production and order issues.
• Track performance of outsourced service providers.
• Implement SOPs and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Conduct staff training, offer team support, and coach employees.
• Serve as first point of contact for logistics issues.

• Tertiary education / Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in production or operations management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, good communication skills, quick learner in fast‑paced environments.
• Annual salary package USD 70,000–90,000.
