Actively Hiring – Immediate Openings
Hours:
Night Shift (11pm-7:30am, 7pm-7am)
Hourly Rate: $25 - 30 an hour

What You Will Do- Set up, start up, and adjust injection molding, blow molding, and automated assembly equipment
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to keep production running
- Perform basic maintenance and support preventative maintenance tasks
- Monitor product quality and make real‑time process adjustments
- Partner with Engineering & Maintenance to improve performance
- Experience in manufacturing, plastics, or automated equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude (set-up, troubleshooting, adjustments)
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
- Experience with injection molding, extrusion, or automation is a big plus
- Cleanroom, high‑tech manufacturing environment
- Opportunity to grow into Process Technician / Engineering roles
- Stable, team‑oriented environment with advanced equipment
- Stand for most of the work shift.
- Use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, crouch, bend, twist, and only occasionally sit.
- Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Heavier amounts can be moved with assistance of equipment.
