Tablet Machine Operator A – 2nd Shift (2:30 p.m. to 11:0 p.m.)

Compressing / Tablet Press Operator responsible for independently setting up, operating, change‑over, and maintaining assigned machines while ensuring GMP compliance, safety, and productivity.

• Set up and operate the rotary tablet press.
• Conduct change‑over and maintain the machine for optimal performance.
• Perform in‑process monitoring, inspections, and documentation.
• Ensure the tablet press operates within specified limits.
• Clean the room and equipment and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors, colleagues, and quality assurance.
• Adhere to company policies and GMPs.

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Prior experience operating compressing or tablet making machinery.
• Working knowledge of high‑speed machinery, measurement tools (caliper, micrometer) and hand tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic math, English reading, and writing skills.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.

• Shift differential for 2nd shift.

• Schedule:
  
  full‑time, Monday‑Friday, occasional overtime.

Pay rate: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, plus shift differential based on experience.
