Job SummaryICS Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain high-speed digital printing equipment in a fast-paced direct mail and marketing production environment. The Digital Print Operator is responsible for producing high-quality printed materials while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.

- Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed digital printing equipment.
- Review job tickets and production specifications to ensure accurate job setup.
- Load paper, ink, toner, and other consumables as required.
- Perform quality checks throughout production runs to ensure color consistency, print quality, registration, and data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments to maintain optimal production performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate with Prepress, Data Processing, and Mail Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and job completion.
- Monitor production schedules and prioritize jobs to meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist with cross-training and operation of other production equipment as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous digital printing experience preferred but not required.
- Experience operating Ricoh, Canon, HP, or Oce production printers is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital print workflows.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
