** Job description*
* The Training Specialist has the following roles and responsibilities:
Help improve performance within your expanded scope of responsibility through training, coaching and providing guidance to the employees.
- Perform all production tasks assigned by the APULs and Production Manager.
- Perform assembly of products in accordance with blueprints and manufacturing procedures using the appropriate tools.
- Follow predefined instructions using recommended equipment and complying with quality and HSE standards.
- Accurately record all labor transactions.
- Assess individual skills.
- Ensure that skills are available and developed.
- Provide training to individual Team Members and teams according to the established training programs.
- Collaborate with other Training Specialist and other support functions on training design, scheduling and facilitation.
- Provide the support needed to empower Team Members.
- Effectively integrate and quickly adapt to changes in activities and the work environment under optimal safety conditions.
- Ensure team unity and help maintain positive employee relations in liaison with the relevant support functions.
- Promote change on a daily basis.
- Inspire and encourage other team members to think out-of-the-box.
- Support the transformation of innovative ideas into concrete actions.
- Problem-solving.
- Ability to train a cross-functional and intercultural team.
- Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture,
- Regular, predictable attendance is required;
- Other duties may be assigned.

* Supervisory Responsibilities

- 3 years of supervisory experience; or equivalent combination or experience and education.
