We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. This role offers hands‑on training, a supportive environment, and clear safety practices.

2nd Shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 am, Monday – Friday, with overtime as needed)

• $21 hourly wage (depending on experience) + shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• $1,500 sign‑on bonus

• Produce products according to batch formulations using mixing, blending, and packaging equipment.
• Accurately record material usage manually and in computer systems.
• Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, and packaging lines.
• Collaborate with team members and support cross‑functional tasks.
• Use computer systems for tracking production and performance.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math.
• Experience operating production equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
