Machinist (Haas Mills & Lathes / CAD-CAM)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Machinist with at least 10 years of experience to join our team. This job is located in Williamstown, NJ.

• Setup and Operate
  :
  Program, set up, and run Haas CNC mills and lathes independently.
• CAD/CAM Programming
  :
  Create and modify complex toolpaths using CAD/CAM software.
• Blueprint Reading
  :
  Interpret technical drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Quality Control
  :
  Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers and gauges to ensure precise tolerances.
• Maintenance
  :
  Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.

• Experience
  :
  Minimum 10 years of professional CNC machining experience.
• Machine Mastery
  :
  Proven expertise specifically with Haas mills and lathes.
• Software Skills
  :
  Proficient in CAD/CAM programming (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Solid Works).
• Technical Skills
  :
  Deep understanding of metal cutting mechanics, fixtures, and tooling.
