* You work with the RDQ team to conduct experiments and trials under the guidance of more senior team members.

* You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment.

+ Proactively identifying problems and assisting in creating and implementing solutions

+ Lab/plant equipment operation/maintenance experience a distinct advantage

** Salary and Benefits:*
* The base salary range for this position is $51,100 to $70,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
