Location: Saddle Brook
Marmon - 107 North 5th Street - Responsibilities:
Set up reels of wire into payoff stands and feed into takeup; lace wire through machine-oven-capstan spark tester and onto takeup reel;
Load tapes onto the taping heads and drain wire as required by job;
Set oven controllers to required temperatures per specification;
Start machine and verify tape lay and operation;
Maintain quality standards and run machines at specification speeds
