Join Our Team as an Associate Production Technician (Diagnostic Tech) - Filling - 2nd Shift!
Are you looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Associate Production Technicians on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) in Branchburg, NJ. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of producing life-saving products, ensuring quality and precision every step of the way.

- Label, inspect, and package final container products using manual or automated systems.
- Set up, change-over, and operate labeling and packaging equipment efficiently.
- Perform data entry, imprinting computer-generated labels, and maintain thorough records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in filling, labeling, and packaging operations while adhering to GMP, ISO, and SOP guidelines.
- Conduct in-process quality checks such as fill checks, torque assessments, vision system inspections, and label alignment reviews.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to quality standards.
- Assist with cleanroom activities like aseptic gowning and decontamination procedures.
- Support warehousing activities including inventory management, picking, issuing, and shipping.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, filling, labeling, or warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation.
Skills:
- Prior experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Familiarity with aseptic processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience operating packaging or labeling machinery.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma with relevant production or manufacturing experience.
- Early-career candidates enthusiastic about learning in a regulated environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Branchburg, NJ.
- Willingness to perform environmental monitoring activities as needed.
- Adherence to safety protocols and good manufacturing practices.
