It involves a rotating 12‑hour shift pattern (7‑7) with overtime and weekend/holiday coverage as required. You'll contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing by reading instructions, maintaining batch records, inspecting equipment, and communicating process status to the Shift Team Lead.
