Compounder

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Compo under in Somerset, NJ. The Compo under would be working for a Major Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential.

• Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
• Schedule 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM or Mid Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Retrieve assigned batch recipe cards and prioritize orders based on earliest ship date.
• Compound batches by manually adding raw materials, powders, and pull cans.
• Operate dosing clusters, mix tank dispensing stations, scales, load cells, and pumps to ensure proper material additions and mixing sequence.
• Retrieve pre-mixes from the automation area and add materials to batches by weight.
• Ensure batches are thoroughly mixed and equipment is maintained in proper working condition.
• Report equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety regulations and chemical handling procedures.

• Minimum 3 years of industrial work experience required; chemical compounding experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of forklift driving and warehouse experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials, including drums, up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
