Batching Operator (Kitchen Processing)

The processing operator is directly responsible for staging ingredients for recipes, making quality recipes and providing them in a timely manner to the production lines for packaging. It is the processing operator's responsibility to make sure that the proper GMP's, recipe instructions, and packing temperatures are adhered to throughout the batching process. This position will report directly to the processing team lead.
This position is responsible for carrying out the daily tasks in the processing kitchens.
Key job functions consist of preparing ingredients for batches, following recipe protocol for cooking batches, and maintaining a safe working environment in the kitchens. The processing operator is an integral component of the processing department. The employee must meet the following qualifications/criteria:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment blending or mixing
