Medical Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring Manufacturing Technicians in Oakland & Allendale, NJ on First Shift!

Location:
Allendale & Oakland, NJ
Shift: 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $23/hour;
Overtime: $34.50/hour
- Cut, sort, and clean meat products, including raw pig and cow materials, according to established procedures and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Sanitize clean rooms and manufacturing areas regularly to maintain a controlled and compliant environment.
- Operate and calibrate production equipment as directed, following all applicable SOPs and batch records.
- Support filling and packaging of medical devices, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and handling.
- Maintain adequate inventory of manufacturing supplies and request additional materials as needed to support continuous production.
- Follow all applicable SOPs, batch records, and cGMP guidelines to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Accurately complete required documentation and participate in document control activities related to production and cleaning.
- Perform batching, blending, cutting, and measuring tasks as required by production schedules and product specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety concerns promptly.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
- Experience working in a GMP or cGMP production environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
- Proficiency with batching, blending, cutting, and measuring materials in a production setting.
- Experience with packaging processes in a regulated manufacturing setting.
- Experience with document control and accurate completion of production records.
- Experience with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and controlled environments.
- Experience with assembly tasks in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the role.
Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures and contamination control.
- Experience cutting materials in a production or manufacturing context.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Comfort performing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing production needs, including overtime when required.
- Interest in developing leadership skills and taking on additional responsibilities over time.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
