This is for 3rd shift (overnights) M-F

• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
• Oversee all production employees to ensure that all schedules and metrics are met
• Maintain excellent employee relations
• Inspect all production paperwork for accuracy
• Initiate maintenance job tickets and communicate issues with maintenance manager
• Oversee all new hire training to ensure that they are fully qualified to perform their duties
• Open and or close the facility when needed
• Keep the production manager informed of any issues that may arise

• Must have 5 years minimum experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (including but not limited to: lifting up to 55 lbs., and moving up to 300 lbs., climbing stairs and walking for long periods of time.)
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment for safety and environmental regulations.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
