Cementer
The Cementer is responsible for assembling fabric patterns according to work instructions, drawings, etc. to create air holding devices. The Cementer will join seams of fabric together by applying adhesive. Hand tools are used during construction. The Cementer performs all duties outlined in the basic training checklist.
• Performs tasks assigned by lead and production manager.
• Participates in training programs.
• Accurately reports all labor transactions.
• Supports and trains new employees as needed.
• Supports company goals and missions.
• Complies with all safety regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly area.
• Supports the continuous improvement goals of the company.
• Complies with all rules, regulations, and procedures of the company.
• Continuously works as a team member.
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required;
Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
• High school diploma or GED.

• The Cementer will be required to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• The Cementer will be required to lift up to 30lbs.
