Job Description
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, drive the improvement agenda.
- Develop monthly Production Plan based on Demand input and Capacity situation.
- Establish and maintain a weekly master production schedule to support Production Plan
- Help define and maintain S&OP KPIs and metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Distribute work orders and assist department personnel in obtaining items (drawings, parts, etc.) necessary to complete job operations and job material transactions.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to support business initiatives, adjust plans accordingly and communicate supply chain issues and recommendations for resolution.
- Review and maintain master data for legacy and new products for proper planning.
- Communicate shortages to appropriate departments and make recommendations.
- Manage running action and issues list, drive issues to closure on a timely basis.

- 3-5 years experience as a material planner or production planner in a manufacturing environment
- Experience maintaining production plans, material availability, and aligning with capacity
- Strong experience running shortage reports and managing the master planning schedule
- Experience with ERP systems and excel
- Bachelor's degree
