Operator 3, Bakery-Relief 3rd Shift

3rd, 10:00pm-6:30am
Weekend Availability Required
Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing)- Provide relief coverage across multiple Line 7 production functions to support continuous operations.
- Operate and monitor bakery production equipment to ensure product quality and specification compliance.
- Follow standard operating procedures and equipment guidelines to maintain efficient production performance.
- Utilize Centerline and CIL systems to support operational consistency and process excellence.
- Identify production issues and participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
- Collaborate with operators, leads, and supervisors to achieve production goals and support team success.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an Ingredient Operator or equivalent manufacturing/production experience.
- Basic knowledge of dough mixing processes and mixing equipment operation.
- Ability to understand process controls, scale readings, temperature measurements, and make necessary operational adjustments.
- Ability to accurately complete production, mixing, and ingredient documentation.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to use computers and production operating systems and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing, bakery, production, or packaging environment.
- Experience operating multiple types of manufacturing or production equipment.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience working within GMP, food safety, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Ability to cross-train and perform effectively across multiple production functions.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequently push and pull 10 to 30 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds independently.
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, carry materials, and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to work safely around moving mechanical equipment and enclosed production areas.
- Adequate visual, hearing, and communication abilities necessary for safe equipment operation and team interaction.
