We are seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Ingredient to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As an Operator 1, Bakery-Ingredient
, you will be accountable for accurately preparing, scaling, and documenting ingredients according to production recipes while maintaining inventory accuracy, traceability, food safety, and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting efficient mixing operations and ensuring consistent product quality throughout the production process.

• Prepare and scale ingredients accurately according to production recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain ingredient traceability, inventory accuracy, and production documentation.
• Support efficient production flow by supplying ingredients to mixing operations on schedule.
• Operate weighing, scanning, and data-entry systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe ingredient preparation and storage areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Adhere to GMP, food safety, health, safety, and security requirements while promoting a safe work environment.
