We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery‑ Relief
to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As an Operator 3, you will support safe, legal, and high‑quality food production by operating and monitoring high‑speed donut and bread production lines while maintaining GMP, food safety, and operational standards across the production floor.

  10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Hourly Rate: $23.50

• Operate and monitor high‑speed continuous donut and bread production lines to meet safety, quality, and production standards
• Set up production line equipment and ensure smooth, continuous operations throughout the shift
• Maintain adequate raw material supply at the line to prevent downtime
• Communicate effectively with line staff and leadership to address process, quality, or safety issues
• Uphold GMP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times
• Support material movement and finished goods handling using pallet jacks as required
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and actively participating in AOE pillar activities
